A conversation between a fitness trainer and his trainee:

Trainee: Do you do yoga?
Trainer: Nah, I foam-roll and meditate…it’s the same thing.
Trainee: It is?
Trainer: Well, yeah…I mean, technically they are a little different, but foam-rolling is the same as yoga. Well, actually, I guess, see with yoga you’re stretching the muscles and with foam-rolling you’re pushing out the knots in your muscles so that’s how they are different. They’re not the same.
